• You’ve got 7 days from delivery to request an exchange.
• If the size isn’t quite right the first time – don’t stress! We’ll send you the perfect size with your first exchange absolutely free (whether COD or Prepaid).
• Just make sure the product is in its original condition with tags & barcode intact – that’s your golden ticket for a smooth swap!

• If you’d like to return instead, we’ve got you covered with lifetime store credit.
• Store credit never expires – so your money never goes to waste, and you can use it for any future Ellemeno order.
• Sorry, we don’t do cash refunds (except if we sent the wrong or defective item – in that case, we’ll fix it right away 💪).

We put a lot of love (and testing!) into making sure your Ellemeno pants last. That’s why every product comes with a 1-year quality promise. If you ever face a genuine issue with stitching, fabric, or quality — just drop us a message and our team will take care of it. 💕
The Fine Print (Gotta Keep It Real ✨)
• All return/exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
• Products must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with their original tags, barcode, and packaging.
• Offers & deals (like Buy 2 Get 1, or flash sales) are exchange only. No returns on those fun specials.
• If tags/barcode are missing or the product looks used, our QC team may have to send it back to you.

And About the Fees (Because Couriers Don’t Work for Free 🚚)
To keep things smooth & sustainable, a standard logistics handling fee of ₹249 is deducted from all return/store credit cases.
This helps us cover shipping both ways and keep bringing you the comfiest pants ever at fair prices. 💖
